I'm quite happy with my Athearn Challenger, it sounds great and no problems to report with d.c.c. or analog d.c. operation. The other Challenger from Brand "L" on the other hand...now that they are being dumped out cheap, i purchased one and i think the sound is so bad i'm sorry i even paid so little for it. <br />As for Brand "BLI" i've had problems with their sounds and limited traction
