If you want to try painting it yourself, I'm sure there are many qualified people on this list who would be willing to walk you through the process. Also, what road(s) and what brass model(s)? Email me if you need help. Also, as stated above by Mr. Boudreau, don't pay upfront (with the exception of reasonable downpayments to cover the costs of materials, incrementals, etc) and ask for references and pics/examples of previous work. Having dabbed in custom painting (okay...I do alot of it), I've heard some horror stories from customers in their dealings with previous people. Enjoy! Kelley. www.dufordmodelworks.com
