Does anyone make a Green Goat switcher?

I was just wondering if any of the companies make a Railpower Green Goat switcher in HO. those things look really cool and the principle is great. Thanks.

The Green Goat just made it's appearance here in Southern California Yesterday at the UP Commerce yard.
