Ken [/quote] You may want to let them know that you will wait, and explain why. If they know there is a big discussion about what they did. They'll probably be more concerned to resolve this fellow's issue, now that it got bad publicity. And they'll think twice next time they wanna screw someone else (and that by chance may be you :)
