Ok guys, this is just getting downright silly.

Please continue.

It is always nice to see people exercise their sense of humor.[swg]

It's been a long winter! Time for:

"FLUFF Busters" as there is plenty of Fluff under the Train Table!

Mark,
Now look what you've done. (I''m smiling very large here.) You have turned good hardworking model railroaders into fluffy, bubbling, hilariously amusing people just like you and me. I LIKED THIS POST. It was something I was wondering myself. I answer those I can and pass on the others that don't apply. I always try to help the newbies if I can but most who answer them have already said what I was going to. Oh well, it's always nice to read and learn here. Ain't it great!!

PS: maybe i too, am getting old

It's all in the definition...but if we didn't have a sense of humor when dealing with some of these topics (no, not this one!) we might lose interest. So fluff, I'd say good in moderation.

As Jimmy Buffett has said many times, "If we weren't all crazy, we would go insane"!

Now, we must all go back to being totally serious. Yeh, like that's going to happen!

Of course much of what is on here is fluff . . . and that is OK!!! I come here to ask questions and get answers and hopefully to contribute my [2c] and help someone else from time to time. I don't participate in a lot of the fluff, but sometimes I do and it is interesting and fun. There are modelers on this forum af ALL levels, interests, and walks of life. This is a community centered around a hobby--it is supposed to be fun. If you don't like the fluf, don't read or participate in it. There is no reason to take the fluff away from those who enjoy it and even benefit from it.
