I have been dealing with Standard for over twenty years and find them to be the best in the business. If they do not have what you want they will send what they do have unless you tell them to wait. I have NEVER had a single problem with them. I also have never forgot to order everything so maybe I just have not run into your type problem. I give them a thumbs up in every fashion.
