Guy, <br /> <br />Bingo! Exactly right. If MTH had come forward at the very beginning, perhaps this topic would not exist. I think MTH has hurt itself bigtime. It may turn out that MTH is 100% legally justified in its actions against the other guys, but they alienated a good number of potential customers. Winning the battle is irrelevant if you lose the war! <br /> <br />I really do hope everything can get sorted out to the benefit of the DCC manufactureres, us model railroaders and yes, even MTH.
