Homes without a basement do not sell well, as people need space for their clutter... It still listed "in the Bay" and I am still hoping to sell it. Just got up - the rain hammering against the windows woke me up. Temperatures are predicted to drop below freezing in thge coming night, so that will make commuting to work a fun trip for those who plan on taking the car.
