wow!!! good job. I wished that ,I had that amount of space. My layouts,only 12'x 8'. It used to be a closet..Now bench layout. I have a 3' wide 10' long walkway down the center. It gets cramped at times. I still have a while to go on it. I've been working on it for about 9 months. It has 2 ovals on the lower leval , 2 ovals on middle and on the top level ,I plan to put a route of bussineses with many remote switches and roundhouse, rail yard. well excellent job on your railroad, hope to see more later.
