Did you try: <a href="http://www.modelrectifier.com/">http://www.modelrectifier.com/</a> Under the Model Railroading drop down menu there is a section called Customer Service and Resources.  There should be section under that called AC and DC Power Resources.  There you will find the owners manual for many power packs.
