Unfortunately, not. The smoke unit in that loco is one of the old fashioned and not very realistic looking units which emit smoke puffs at intervals totally independent from the speed/revolution of the wheels. There is only one loco in HO scale I know of which has a Dynamic smoke feature with smoke also coming from the cylinder valves - its Roco´s DB class 10
