Just dropping by to say hello to friends.

Petra and I live a very withdrawn life, after we were being held up and robbed by two non-natives at a traffic light. They yanked the door of our car open when we stopped at a traffic light and pointed a long and sharp knife at Petra´s throat. I was able to get my wallet out and throw it away from the car. The two went after it and we were able to escape unhurt. I reported the robbery to the police, but they gave us little hope that the robbers would be properly prosecuted. Luckily, there were only a few bucks in my wallet so we didn´t suffer a big financial loss.

We are still in a state of shock and leave our home only when it is absolutely necessary. I wish we could leave this country to a safe place.

I hope you understand that I don´t feel like posting when our daily life has taken such a dramatic turn.

All the best!
