I would agree with cost and video games...I would add that I think there is a bit of snobbery to this hobby, especially geared towards novice modelers. I also think that Americans have less time to spend at home now more than ever, unless they are retired. Everyone seems to be working longer hours for the same pay or less, which also feeds into the cost issues, since costs are continually going up. <br /> <br />I have always tried to help fellow modelers and additionally tried to learn something from other modelers when I can...I spend as much time as possible during the fall and winter months, but it is limited.
