<p>One of the key issues in gleaming the track is burnishing the rail with a stainless steel washer (orsomething similar, covering both rails at the same time). With this step, you eliminate any burs, especially at the joints. For this reason, gleming the trck before installing it is a waste of effort (well, not completely).</p>
