Cutler III <div style="clear:both;"> </div> [/quote] Shot, not killed.  From what I heard it was a case of wrong place, wrong time (in home of intended target, got shot as well because he was there).  I don't know the exact circumstances, where it happened or if what I heard was completely accurate.  The last I heard was that he was recovering from his wound(s).
