Tom named three giants in our hobby. Frank Ellison's Delta Lines (I think that what it was) was years ahead of its time and his series of articles fascinated me as a kid. By writing construction articles ranging from simple lineside industries to scratch building a steam locomotive, Gordon Odegard has to be regarded as one of the most versitile modelers of his time. Finally, I'm sure there are literally thousands of modelers who first took a saw to a building kit after reading one of Art Curren's articles. How could you read one of his articles without saying "I can do that!" <br /> <br />There are simply too many greats out there to do a poll. I agree that MR should sponsor a Hall of Fame. <br /> <br />Dave
