Paint all the wood parts with walmart paint place grau primer to seal the wood, use wood glue. Paint the building colors of your choice over the gray primer, sand lightly until some of the gray shows through to make the building look old. For the shingles panit any color of your choosing, use pastel sticks raw seanna and burnt umber,rub on sand paper and use the powder with a dry brush also on the main blding. Make a wash 1 teaspoon of indian ink to 1 pint of achol,brush lightly on roof and building. For signs sand back lightly and apply with white glue, after application rub lightly with sand paper to make it look old, use dry pastel powder and ink wa***o make it look old. In each step proceed with caution.
