Your plan sounds good. Something to look into dont try and jam a ton of track on the 4x8. <br /> <br />I dont know if you decided on a track plan but MR ran a article on a small 4x8 layout the Red WIng division. I think there is info on it on the MR site but not sure. If the track plan isnt i have it scanned in to the computer and you could use it as a guide.
