Good Afternoon!

A dull day here as well. At least the ra*n stopped!

I did not catch much sleep last night - my usual insomnia! When I went for a short nap after lunch, the bloke who´s taking care of the premises here started to mow the weeds lawn. It had grown to a considerable height during the past btwo weeks and the mower could hardly cope with it. That noise took care of my attempted sleep! I finally got up and decided to run a train over my make-shift layout, which I thoroughly enjoyed! My stomach seems to relax a little now - I was able to eat something without it showing up again after 10 minutes.

Kato is releasing an addition to the famous RhB Glacier Express train into the market these days It´ll be the new RhB EMU´s named "Allegra". Althhough they are actually narrow gauge trains, they´ll run on regular N scale track, but can be re-gauged to the correct 6.5mm track. A friend of mine will be starting a layout, using Rokuhan Z scale track. I volunteered to develop the layout idea for him, which will keep me busy in the next days. It´ll be closely based on the actuall track plan of either the Ospizio Bernina station or the Alp Grüm station.

Ospizio Bernina (and Allegra):

Alp Grüm:

Enjoy!
