Lunchtime in Germany!

Zoe, I´ll go for a bowl of Galaxy´s Polish Verde Chili soup and a 7-up, please.

Bear - it´s the tragedy of mankind - the inability to learn from history. Right now, we experience a strong limitation in the freedom of speech in my country. The press seems to be "in line" with the governement and anyone voicing a different opinion is called a Nazi. We had that over 80 years ago. I could go on, but that´s drifting into politics and I see Cousin Vinnie has already reason from his chair ... Anyway, I feel most uncomfortable in my country. I wish I were younger - I sure would leave this place.

I made a mistake - I made the drawing of that little layout my desktop wallpaper. Now I see it every time I start my old `puter. I wish I could build it, but aside from the fact I don´t get the track here and code 55 doesn´t fit, I don´t have the funds to do it, even if I sell of all my other N scale stuff I just recently have purchased. When I close my eyes, I can see that Alco RS1 switching the grain elevator ...

It´s snowing lightly, but consequently. The land is covered with a still rather thin blanket of that white stuff, and there is more to come. For once, our weather guessers were right with their forecast!

Have a happy day!
