Good Morning!

It really feels good to be back in business with a) my train set and b) the Internet. Being off-line for two days was some experience. It showed me how much we depend on the Internet in our every day life and how much we got used to it. While I enjoyed the extra "free" time, Petra felt quite uneasy not being able to communicate with her friends.

I had to clear the dining table yesterday, so my train is now resting in its box - but only until after lunch. My friend Lothar will drop by this afternoon for some train talk. This morning, I will do some more detailing of my layout plans.

Ken - what Nancy said was certainly not really motivating, if not rude, but she is right. Men tend to carry their weight up front, i.e. the beer belly, but when they start to reduce, the weight loss takes place on the behind ... Guess how I now that! I am also trying to get my weight down, just by reducing my daily fare a touch. It´s a slow process and sometimes there is no progress at all, but I have been told that a slow reduction is better than a quick one. Your body gets used to a lower food intake and the risk of raising it again is lower than with a more radical diet.

Jeff - I am glad to hear your spirit is up and that you seem to be on the mend! Continuing [angel] for your improvement!

Have a great Sunday!
