MAYTAG owns the trademarks to the ROCK ISLAND - and they DO take action against those who use it without permission. SO FAR, they don't charge model makers a fee ..... Of course, they may later join UP, CSX, and AMTRAK (who everyone forgets had a fee before UP!).
