Good evening! I am running a high level of frustration today. Although I somehow like this little Z scale layout, it is quite expensive, even though buying used track will bring down the cost by about 50%. I will have to dig deep into the money bag to find enough cash for a start, let alone the completed layout. So I am having second thoughts on the value for money of it. I have been looking into other directions of my too broad an interest in model railroading, but whatever I can think of turns out to either require too much space or funds. I really don´t know where to proceed from here. One thing I know for sure, this will be my last attempt to build a layout - I cannot afford another epic fail, like my venture into On30. Not a happy camper today!
