I would like to know is there any company that you can pay to have your engines painted customly?
If you have a hobbyshop nearby, try asking there: many hobbyshops have a painter (or painters) as customers, and may be able to recommend someone.

I second the local hobby shop option.
While there are many who will custom paint equipment, shipping, handling, and packaging will play a huge factor in cost.

My choice would be Derrell Poole. His contact is info@7thStreetgroups.com. He is located in Montana. He does decoder installing and custom painting. He did a 4-8-4 Northern Union Pacific 844 for me. First class artisan all the way. - Mike
He Dosn't want to do it.
Well, you can always do what I and hundreds (if not thousands) of modelers do. I had been intimidated by airbrushes until I bought one and tried it out. With practice, I was able to custom paint an undecorated Athearn Blue Box locomotive to match a local locomotive; Missouri Northern Arkansas. I used to paint with rattlecans, but you have SO much more control with an airbrush. Hit up a train show and buy some inexpensive Tyco or Bachmann stock and practice on them. I used water based acrylics and if I mess it up, it cleans up with soap and water, Windex or a number of safe methods.
