Good Afternoon! A wet and gray day, but no more thunderboomers - at least for the moment. Parts of Germany look like right after an air raid - never before has a thinderstorm done that much damage. Started construction of the engine house today. If all goes well, I may be able to post a picture of a nearly done wall. Right now I am taking a break while waiting for the boards to dry after weathering. I took a piece of veneer and first gave it a wash with my black secret mixture, let it dry a bit and then a wash with a mixture of red and a touch of brown. It looks like a well seasoned barn red to me. Well, CU later... Have a good one!
