Good Morning!

I just typed a lengthy post and hit the wrong button - Mr. Murphy hasn´t yet moved out of my place!

It´s a lovely day today, no cloud to be seen, comfortable temperature of 22°C - my kind of weather!

Made an appointment with our Volkswagen dealer for the annual service. That´ll be about $ 250 including an oil change. A lot of dough for the little we drive. In that one year, we have driven about 4,000 miles only.

On the way back I bought a jar of white glue and stopped at our local carpenter´s place, where I got two sizable sheets of veneer - for free! Building the engine house will be the next project, right after ballasting the track. I still feel a little intimidated by my failure on the backdrop, so that project is postponed for a while.

Ken - Galaxy is right - take a look at what Wikipedia says about reverse mortgages!

Have a great day!
