<p>It´s past 5pm here, so I call it a day - I only w*rk 9 till 5 on my layout [swg]</p> <p>Here is what happened today, aside from sticky fingers being covered with glue:</p> <p><img src="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/P1070532_zpsdaabfbdd.jpg" alt=" " /></p> <p> </p> <p><img src="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/P1070533_zpse8dded4f.jpg" alt=" " /></p> <p><img src="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/P1070535_zps5ef2b5de.jpg" alt=" " /></p> <p><img src="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/P1070536_zpse4df09c4.jpg" alt=" " /></p> <p><img src="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/P1070539_zps1817279d.jpg" alt=" " /></p> <p><img src="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/P1070541_zps07f2c24e.jpg" alt=" " /></p> <p><img src="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/P1070543_zps1255a535.jpg" alt=" " /></p> <p>I am not yet happy with the weathering of the lumber - I think I´ll give it another wash...</p> <p>Ken - I did not know you are fluent in German [swg] Take it easy on the spikes - no need to rush things. The pace of w*rk on my layout is set by the funds I have. Right now I have overspent my budget already, meaning very few, if none, purchases for it next month. I will have to get some stripwood tomorrow, so I can finish today´s job, but that´s to the tune of $ 2. I am glad I still have plenty of leftover material from past projects, so construction will not come to a halt.</p> <p>I am trying to figure out how to do the railing on the upper part and the stairs. Maybe I use toothpicks as posts ...</p> <p> </p>
