Good Afternoon! Our weather is back to normal. No more sunshine, a drizzle of rain and temps at 5°C. Tomorrow will see a further drop in temperature, a lot of r*in heading towards us - remnants of that blizzard in the Northeast? Went to the local DIY place to have a check on some of the materials I need to get started on the benchwork. Well, I was in for a big and unpleasant surprise! The plywood I usually work with has gone up in price by 60%, which means the cost for my benchwork jumped up to $ 200! No way, I am going to pay that! I´ll be using MDF instead and actually save money over my initial calculation! Good news of the day is that the bloke finally paid the money he owed me. I will send out my order of track tomorrow! Galaxy - I wish I could by gas for the price they charge you on the islands! Make it a little more than double that to get the German price. It´s gone up again, as those (expletive, deleted) speculators are expecting a "shortage" following the ongoing Crimean crisis. No more to that, I see Vinnie getting his baseball bat...
