Will an RPP CF-7 shell work on a Bachmann F9 chassis

Picked up a used Bachmann set this weekend with an ubiquitous F9 unit, I'd like to keep it but I have no need for a covered wagon, there is an Rail Power Products CF-7 shell on EBay, but it is designed to fit an Athearn unit, anyone ever fit one of these shells onto a Bmann unit?, or Life-Like F-unit, as I could redo one of them if its a better fit. Thanks

If you have the plastic 4-wheel-drive chassis, you may be able to trim the sides down to fit the CF7 shell.  If it's the metal chassis though, there's no way to make it fit without excessive milling.
