Good Morning Folks!

I woke up way too early this morning, as my heart attempted to win the Capetown Races. It´s down to its usual beat now, but I will sure have this checked up tomorrow, first thing in the morning.

It´s Sunday, the 4th Sunday of Advent, so we will light up the 4th candle this afternoon.

Made use of the extra time I gained and finished the drawing of that critter. Gn15 locos always look a little out of proportion, but as long as it looks as a "could-have-been", it´s OK with me.

Here is the drawing:

Tt´s really a fair and square job to built this one, the only parts I need to turn on my improvised lathe are the air intake cap and the exhaust pipe. All other parts can be made from 1mm styrene sheet. The mechanism will be borrowed from that tram model I still have.

This is the way it´ll look when painted:

... and "integrated" into my layout plan:

Gives you a feeling for the size of that beast.

Time for breakfast! Janie, I´ll go for my big Sunday breakfast, but be easy with the coffee, please!

Make it a great day!
