My latest project was to paint some brass PRR diners, troop sleeper and P-70s.
Here's what a pair of the troop sleepers are looking like... next step, some light weathering, then windows.
Show me your workbench, or more projects on that workbench...
On one off my workbenches, I have a Girder bridge being built from scratch....

Don't Ever Give Up
Custom kitbash project of mine- Wheeling and Lake Erie GP35 #104. Started life as a Kato Santa Fe unit with a short nose. I added a Cannon and Company nose kit, Cal Scale Firecracker antennas, and I still need to add ditch lights.
Lets continue the Diesel thread, but, Let me see another Kitbash diesel project.
(My Model Railroad, My Rules)
These are the opinions of an under 35 , from the east end of, and modeling, the same section of the Wheeling and Lake Erie railway. As well as a freelanced road (Austinville and Dynamite City railroad).
MNNR 307 was rebuilt into a RS-20 by GB&W shops, replacing the 244 with a 251 and lowering the nose. The model started out as an Athearn and I lowered the nose, made a new cab front, and modified the vents on the long hood doors.
Show me another rebuilt locomotive.
2 Athearn Hustlers that I started kitbashing into HOn30 road switchers (project on hold for much too long a time; gotta get back to it, after I finish my currrent 3 or 4+ projects )
Show me more loco rebuilds

Here we go, the Reading crossing the Pennsy at Blackwood.
Show me a wooden trestle, please.
Balsa wood trestle held together partly with seamstress straight pins, built 1970 in layout in friend's garage. My feeble beginner's attempt at imitating John Allen.
Show me something from WAYYYY BACK.
This Atlas ranch house was on my first layout back in the early 60s; I did some restoration work on it and put it on my current layout
along with the school house and the green house from my 80s or earlier layout
Show me a building from an earlier layout that you reused on your current layout
One of the buiildings in my new rural scene is a corrugated metal shed made from a Cambell kit. I built the shed about 25 years ago for a previous layout.
The shed is the building closest to the camera, and it has a Great Northern boxcar next to it.
Please show an unusual model on your layout
