The wheels on my MTH HO GS-4 stopped turning. The motor is spinning and the sounds respond to DCC commands. I'm thinking that there is a short or a lack of connection between the motor and the gears, but I can't figure out how to get at the motor or the gears of this engine. I have removed screws all over the place, including the screw hidden under a square piece of plastic on the top of the locomotive. Does anyone know how to take this engine apart?
Thanks very much,
Rod
