Does anyone have one of these HO cars, and if so, what is your opinion?
Thanks
Have they hit the market yet?
In general BLMA produces well detailed high quality products; I have 3 of their F89F flat cars and they are well detailed 89' flat cars and represent a much needed less common version of TOFC flat car I was happy to add to my fleet. I expect their 60 foot ATSF beer box cars should be excellent models too and I plan on adding one of them as well, but my main stay are the PC&F single door beer cars such as those which ran out of the coors plant in golden Colorado on the head end of the D&RGW hot shot trains such as the HO Eel River 61 PC&F beer cars and the Exact Rail 61' PC&F beer cars.

When I first looked at their website, I saw that they were showing the second run of cars to come out 2nd quarter of 2015. I assumed that meant that the 1st run had been released. Looking closer today, I see that the 1st run is also showing 2nd quarter 2015. I was pretty sure that when I had looked previously the first run was out late last year. So I'm just confused I guess.
Whats on the website isn't always a good indication of whats on the shelf. When I was trying to buy the F89F flat car, I experience that first hand, let me tell you! The Trailer Train logo version is what I wanted, and it was the 3rd paint job to be released, so I had to wait for the other two (Brown original and TTX speed logo) to be released first) and have the patience of Job! It was well worth the wait however, BLMA make good quality products. As for as when they ship and hit the market, the website is a bit confusing so you aren't a lone!
These cars were supposed to be released in late April, early May. Now its going to be in July-August.

Thanks Angelo. It would be nice if the website was updated frequently with an estimated delivery date, bit it's not updated very often, maybe twice a year if you are lucky.
