Got my 3751 last week: Okay the paint is something between darkgrey and lightblack!

I have the DVD "ABOVE 3751 OVER CAJON"! In the DVD are scenes filmed in the Redondo Roundhuse in LA. The camera was only some feet away from the engine.

The 3751 today is glossy black and the lettering is white - The model is lettered silver!

This model is 100 % not the SBHS 3751. When you read the description, you will see that the model will show 3751 between the 40`and ???? Or its the SBHS 3751 after a long run through the desert! 3751 in the MOJAVE WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because of this the three different stacks are included - today the 3751 has only the simple stack.
I installed the higher stack because I don´t like this stupid hole in the boiler !!!!

RESUME: The 3751 is a cheap (only the QSI electronic costs 189 $ !!!!) and well detailed engine.
And the model shows the 3751 in the AT&SF years!
I use my model in fron of a AT&SF excursion train with a BNSF GE Dash9 as helper!
Looks good and funny!
