I'm trying to find a copy of a track plan called the "Abilene & West Texas RR." It was published in the March, 1989, issue of the Carstens Publication "Track Design." I'm guessing this was a special issue or annual of some type, because there seem to be various versions of it floating around.
There was also a track plan by the same name in "Track Design for Scale Model Railroads," April, 1960, by Penn Publications. It's the same name, but I don't know if it's the same track plan or not.
I've checked with Railpub, and they don't have either of these. Does anyone have a copy and might be willing to make a copy of the article? I'd be happy to pay for copying & postage. Or any thoughts on getting a copy?

Track Design is available for $11.95 from Carstens new owner, Whiteriver Productions. This book is a real gem for many considerations you could overlook in layout planning.
