Here's some six-axle horsepower getting a little shop work in the early evening sun. Brand new Pennsy EMD SD-45s get their first service next to an Alco C-630 and her older sister on the right.

More than two days, on the second page and no train running by the ocean.  So there is another diesel servicing facility:

An easy one now. Show me a favorite car or locomotive.

My favorite loco? Currently a tie between these 2 MMI On3 engines.Replaced bulb lighting with LEDs,installed new Mashima motors and TCS wowsound decoders,repainted the boilers from green to black,and weathered a little.Now if I can just find some good looking O scale coal!

Dusty,in your photobucket "library",left click the (IMG) line at the bottom right of the picture you want.This will hi-lite that line in blue.Now right click on the blue line,and it will open the "options "window".Left click on "copy". Now go to your forum post and,with the cursor on a new,empty line click "paste". Be sure to leave a line space between your image,and any typing above or below it.

I'll  try your suggestion. This worked when I loaded the pic to the forum here to use as my avatar, however for some reason that is totally unfathomable to me, the same plan i used then won't work with my current photobucket account.

I used BTS laser cut cedar shingles (adhesive backed, very nice!). I used the same ones for the roof, just different paint colors. I used acrylic craft paints from Walmart or Hobby Lobby, about $ .97 each. Best advice in applying the shingle is to take your time (and it takes a lot of time) and keep putting guide lines on the roof/side to keep them parallel and in line. This is one of the most realistic models I have ever built and is not permenantly mounted on the layout yet.

Actually, that is NOT the best way to post photos from Photobucket.

Instead..... Highlight the code for "Direct" ( second of 4 codes listed) ... Copy it.

Next. .... Look for the icon above the post body which looks like a mountain with a sun in a rectangle..... Click on it. Paste into the line that says "Source" ... Click "Ok". 

Now you can see the image. When you post you will not see the blue, underlined text which also is a link to your Photobucket.
