Good Morning Guys, it is way to early for a decent man to be up and awake, but i could not find any sleep last night. Yesterday marks a sad day in recent German political history. Professor Lucke, one of the founding members of our party, was attacked by a group of armed leftist criminals. He escaped the attack unhurt, but more than a dozen bystanders suffered cuts and chemical burns caused by gas attacks. It is a miracle that no one got killed. I am still in a state of shock. Yesterday´s incident strongly reminds me of the dark time in Germany some 80 years ago, when democracy was buried under the jackboots of Hitler´s storm troops. We won´t give in! Our rallies and meetings will see a lot of police presence from now on, and we will have professional security personnel protect us party leaders. I am still pondering whether it is worth to put my life at stake. Makes me think I should have left Germany some years ago and moved to Canada! I still have that dream of a log cabin by a lake, a red pick up parked in the driveway. Not a happy camper today!
