Hi all, first off wanted to thank those who replied to my message (sorry my first post had to be a complaint) and secondly I got my refund from Hobby Circle today for the items I did not receive. Didn't take nearly as long as I expected, but I won't be ordering from them again. My chief complaints: a. Poor customer service and customer service reps interrupt you before you fini***alking b. No mention on packing slip of items not received being backordered, no longer available, etc., and no mention of how to get a refund for those items. c. No response to e-mails sent to them. But it turned out ok and a lesson learned on my part! Gary
