I buy a lot of "dead" locos off e-bay. so running ability is almost a non issiue because I know that this loco I paid $1.50 for, (After you average out the price) has one truck sitting in the dead line. I then go to the task of rebuilding and repainting and can get a P-2K like Running locomotive for $30.00 and a few hours time investment. <br /> <br />James
