Mission accomplished! Mom and Dad are now safely settled into the nursing home and we can hopefully wind down and get some relaxation. It feels good that they are now under the care of professionals, who know how to cope with dementia much better than Petra and I do. There will be a lot of administrative work to be done, but that´s an easy task compared to what we had to do in the last 6 weeks. Still a lot of unfriendly fire from my brother, but I just don´t care any longer. Petra and I are done in. It´s too early to go to bed, but I doubt we will stay up late tonight. Thank you so much for your support and prayers. You were a big help to us!
