In the case of the new release FEF-3(4-8-4 Nothern) according to the enclosed warranty card, the loco must be returned to the Lima Shop(Parent of Rivariossi) in Italy. I don't think any modeler deserves this kind of grief and I own two of them. TOO-TOO LATE!
