[bday] to Audrey! Good Afternoon Gang! A gray and drab day, rather dull. Got up late - 8 am and kind of hung around till noon. Started to do some w*rk on that house front - today was cutting day. Cutting the foam board went surprisingly well, but cutting the window openings was a little tricky. It pays off to have some fresh blades handy for the knife! Cutting the 2 mm cardboard was something else, but somehow I managed without cutting myself. Petra had the first aid kit ready, but did not need it. Boy, am I proud of myself! Here is today´s result: <a href="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/P1070038.jpg"><img src="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/P1070038.jpg" alt=" " border="0" /></a> Thgere is still a lot to do. Once I am finished putting all the stucco applications on to the front, there will be a good filing and cleaning job waitig for me. The whole will get a coat of primer to protect the cardboad from moisture. The most difficult job will be applying that stucco paste in a thin layer - y´know, the stuff I bought last Friday at the train show. Have a good one!
