Good Morning! Flo, coffee and a cinnamon roll, please. Well, our labor administration refused my application to pay for the training, so this gives me a chance to file an appeal, which I did. The outcome is open ... European railroads are short of 15,000 engineers, so there´s be also an opening for me, but only if I have the license. Frankly, I don´t give it much of a chance [:(] Stan - my sincere condolences on the passing of your father. Wolfgang Dudler has passed away last week. You all remember his contributions to this forum. He was not able to finish his last project, the Pueblo & Salida HOn3 modular layout. Wolfgang was an outstanding model railroader, a fountain of information and advice, and a warm and friendly man, In Germany, he was the motor of of the US prototype model railroading community. He will be missed! Have a good day!
