It's $3.5 million according to Zillow.  

Then you have to hire a gardner, grounds keeper, and someone to maintain the locos if you aren't an extremely skilled machinist.  I don't even want to think what the taxes are.  It kind of makes me sad to see it for sale.  The likelyhood of finding a buyer in it's original form is small.  :-(

I wonder why he's selling it?

My hats off to him though for creating what only the rest of us can dream of.
