Ja! ve hear you.

The one reason I didn't renew my subscription to VP, the voice and video are so far out of sync, and the video is anything but smooth.
Just my thoughts.

mlem,
Rather than go back from my Chrome update, I installed Firefox as my browser and now everthing appears to be working fine, with it as far as Quote problem that I was experiencing. When I get a chance, I will try clickable links, from prior posts on the Forums and report back My results.
Appreciate Your help in this matter.
Frank

mbinsewi,
Do You still experience the same problem, when you click on the link that was provided in the first Test? That is a Train Fest video that was used in the test. If you do have the same problem, I suggest calling CS and tell them what you are experiencing. They will surely help You to get your issue resolved.
Interesting thread.

Frank, yes, it was way out of sync for me. I have what TWC calls their "Turbo-boast-whatever" high speed connection, FireFox, using good OLD Windows XP, home version. I remember the last time I had a mag.subscription, before VP (Video Plus) I was using IE8, and I don't remember any problems watching the vidoes, like Cody's Office, etc.
I have no problems with YouTube, video content on news sites, video content on other train sites, or any of the tractor sites, etc. and, when I watch "user submitted videos", I don't seem to have a problem, so I thought it was a VP thing.
Mike.
Mike,
I found by My conversations with them and some of the information I supplied, including test mails, that they are quite aware of a lot of the compatibility issue's on other's system's, but not all, for the very simple reason, is that no one is reporting them. That is what I was told. In my own experience, they replied by E-mail, within four hours, with a highly detailed and well put together fix, for the issues, I was experiencing the past three days. Everyone's system is different, so there will be a different fix or cure, to have your system compatible with the software they are using. Contrary to some beliefs, they do know what they are doing.
OK Frank, I'll check it out, and see what they can do.
