Good Afternoon Gang! Petra and I spent a wonderful time at a nearby zoo, specializing on wolves. Those animals are just beautiful. We enjoyed watching them, basking in the sunshine we have today. <img src="http://i1241.photobucket.com/albums/gg513/wikipetra/P1040205.jpg" style="max-width: 550px;" border="0" /> This is "Noran" , a North American timberwolf, our favorite! The picture was taken out of a distance of nearly 100 yards, so the quality is not too good. Well, we have arrived safe and sound at Zurich-Klothen International Airport this morning. A shuttle bus took us to Zurich train station, where we boarded a train to Lucerne. <img src="http://www.rhetorik-seminar-online.com/public/files/Staedte/Luzern.jpg" style="max-width: 550px;" border="0" /> <img src="http://www.schweiz-foto.ch/Luzern/Luzern/Foto_Luzern.jpg" style="max-width: 550px;" border="0" /> After a little rest to get rid of the jet-lag, we all will go for dinner in one of the many little restaurants at the lake, where we will be enjoying "Zürcher Gschnetzeltes" and a few glasses of the local brew. <img src="http://www.about.ch/culture/food/zuercher_geschnetzeltes.jpg" style="max-width: 550px;" border="0" /> Tomorrow, we will visit the "Verkehrshaus Luzern", the Lucerne Transport Museum, and its wonderful collection of Swiss trains. <img src="http://www.bahnbilder.de/bilder/vhs-luzern-134535.jpg" style="max-width: 550px;" border="0" /> In the afternoon, we will take a tour of the city, on foot, but we will have help available for those having difficulties to walk. Enjoy the stay!
