Zinio not showing August 2013 issue?

Last Friday night purchased a renewal. It does not show up on my Zinio app on the iPad. What might be going on?

Only had a subs for a few months, but it seems like it hits Zinio the Saturday after the new issues pops up here in the display on the forum. So I wouldn't expect it until this coming Sat, as I just noticed it's up in responding here now.

If you're missing July and you're on a iPad, find someone who knows the finger magic to try to find it, if you're paid up. It always takes me several tries, because I'm subject to regular bouts of CRS now.

Several months ago I had a missing copy and I e-mailed Zinio for help'

I was told that I had accidentally deleted it and was directed to open Zinio reader and go to the top line where it says "my magazines and "by name". Click on by name and you will have the option of by date. Click on the month you are missing and you should have it.

If this doesn't work it's because of my faulty memory so contact Zinio.

My guess is that there hasn't been enough time to activate your subscription.

Ok. I'll bite:  What is Zinio, and what does it have to do with model railroading?

Zinio is the web service that hosts the MR online subscriptions. The magazine is read via the Zinio Reader software.

Hi NP,

Had no problems with Zinio on the ipad and on PC.  As already suggested contact Zinio support.  I have always found them to be extremely helpful.  Just send them an e-mail.

BTW, someone suggested August is the latest issue.  As of Saturday, September is now out on Zinio.

No worries Mike.  I had brain surgery last year and am fine now.  But sometimes I forgot where I took the memory course.  Not sure if its my age or the mileage.

We found out our Android tablet Kindle Fire Hd and my phone Motorola with Android are now incompatible with Zinio software- issue on there end. So only can use my laptop, very upset as Kindle was specifically bought for this.
