Had BBQ pork ribs, wild rice, field peas, cracklin corngread, and blackberry cobler for desert. and let me tell you I ate like it was my last meal.

INCH
Know about some of those receipts for roadkill. Mom is researching right now for a receipt book that was printed a few years back. The main subject of the book is roadkill. If she can find it I will post some of the better receipts.

Well worked on the layout this morning. Got a little done before in got to hot. Went to Wally-World and Hobby Lobby this afternoon. Boy I hate going shopping with her. I go in, get what I want, check out and come home. She has to walk up and down every aile in the store and some of them a couple times. A thirth-minute shopping spree takes all afternoon.

PC
You might want to check out that receipt Inch has up there. Sounds mighty tasty to me. But what can I say being from Louisiana where we eat anything that don't eat us first.
Crawfish, alligator. River Musile, Nutra Rat.
