I had a day off on September11th, 2001, relaxing from a longer business trip. It was a nice and warm day and Petra and I were enjoying the sun on our patio, when our neighbor´s son came over, telling us that a plane had crashed into one of the towers of the WTC. We ran into the house, switched on the television set, moments before the second plane crashed into the WTC. I will never forget those pictures! My prayers go out to the victims and their families, my thanks to the 411 FDNY and NYPD men and women, who gave their lives to rescue 17.410 people out of the burning WTC. <img src="http://www.profimedia.si/photo/groe-amerikanische-flagge-blauer-himmel-large/profimedia-0067517920.jpg" style="max-width: 550px;" border="0" />
