Xara Photo & Graphics Designer v6 - Free "till midday" tomorrow
Posted by tgindy on Sunday, December 30, 2012 1:48 PM

Since we see MR Forum threads asking about more advanced graphics programs to make/manipulate model railroading signs, buildings, backdrops, websites, etc.

Last year, I shared (MAGIX) Xara Extreme v5, a free-deal "Photoshop-clone," and; Xara Photo & Graphics Designer v6 is now available as of this post for apx. 16 more hours.

Here's last year's forum post -- And the Version 6 free-deal is at...

Free is good, I'll give it a try, although I've been using Gimp for photo editing, also free.

Did you have any problems with adware or spam after the download?  When you sent for the serial number did you have to fill out a lot of info?

You just need to set up an account -- An email is then sent for final unlock -- You can "uncheck" any advertisements before the final unlock is sent..  Repeat the activation procedure for every computer the program is installed to by using your account eMail + password to login and then receive that unlock activation.
